What do you like about working at Valspar?

I like working at Valspar because I think it's a forward thinking company. It's got great people. Great people to work with. I think everybody is really committed to making the company move forward. There's a lot of people who take real pride in their job and are really sincere in making that effort every day and I work with them right here.

Tell us a little more about your experience at Valspar.

What I've been doing here in the Powder plants is to make sure that we align ourselves with the Valspar worldwide standards as well as to make the plants consistent in how we approach safety.
